Shipping signal map
Released the first internal version of the signal map to track experiments weekly.
The first signal map is live and running against a handful of projects. The output is intentionally minimal: three focus themes, a short list of wins, and a tiny backlog of next moves.
Next is testing automated capture from commit metadata.
